oK I WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS TO GO FOOD SHOPPING WHAT KINDA FOODS ANDDRINKS ARE THE BEST WITH OUT GAINING FAT IM TRYING TO GET BAD AND LOOSE LOVE HANDLES AND STUFF...BUT I WANT TO KNOW EVERYFOOD U GUYS CAN THINK OF THAT IT GREAT FOR A HEATHLY DIET....!THANK YOU

Okay Mikey, Don't yell! People pay really big bucks for what your asking, There will be some great answers for you when the right people come on board and they are all for free. So please be patient and please also let me tell you that most of the questions you are asking have already been answered right here on this forum, so while you are waiting for your answers do a little research right here.

Basicly Mikeyfresh as stated in your name, buy things that are frsh. Nothing from a box or a can. These contain lots of sodium (salts) and fats. Buy things like fresh veggies, meats like chicken breast, lean beef, pork, lamb, some fish.
Good carbs come from anything NOT white. No white stuff. Stick with this and you will see some results. NO DIET PILLS!!!! I forbid you! :)
