I've started a new program with freetrainers.com. I also am trying to eat as suggested instead by the program, instead of just whatever I feel like. Anyway my question is; What if I can't eat as much as suggested. I'm used to only eating a small lunch (at noon) and an average size dinner(around 9 PM). With the plan that I was given, I have to eat like 6 times in a day...I just can't get that much food in...any suggestions? I struggle getting dinner in sometimes, and that's eating at about 9 pm. I don't want to drink protein shakes either. Can anyone help?
Also, how do you determine if you lose weight fast or slow?
I know this question is a little sloppy, but it's late and I'm about to fall asleep! Sorry!
Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes you can, it just takes practice. Get in the habit of adding a little something healthy in between your meals at first. After a few weeks of working out and eating more, you will get used to it and actually be ready for those extra snacks. When all else fails add a MRP and have a protein shake after your workouts. That will add some calories and good protein.

I agree there - you'd be surprised how much your body will adapt and start to expect all those extra meals after not too long. Good luck!

The best thing I have found is to cut your meals in half. If you eat luch at noon eat only half then and the other half between 2 1/2 to 3 hours later.
You also didnt say anything about breakfest? Remember after you sleep for those good 8 hours your muscles are hungry and you need to feed them.
