Are dumbbell presses more effective when done on a stability ball?

It depends on what youre going for. When doing excersises on balls, you strengthen your core and work your stabilitiy muscles. this is ideal for athletes who want to be have better balance and more stability along with strength. Using dumbells on a stable bench will help you to isolate the pec muscles and you will be able to use heavier weights and will recruit more muscle fibers. this will give you a better bodybuilding effect.
