Whoever is in charge of writing up the descriptions for the exercises on this site might want to look at Military Presses. The movement execution says "use an UNDERHAND grip, support the bar from underneath," which is exactly what I did. It seemed incredibly awkward, and I always thought I knew what military presses were, but I didn't have the photos in front of me. Shouldn't it be an OVERHAND grip? Maybe I'm just confused about what overhand and underhand mean.
Overhand grip...don't think I can even lift anything that heavy using an underhand grip! Just make sure that you can see the back of your hands (not your palms) when you lift the weights off the ground.
