hi .. im a beginner and already working on a night shift , would it be okay if i do workouts every morning after i got home ?

I used to workout after I got off my late night shift, it shuldn't matter when you workout, just make sure you aren't exhausted when you start your workout or it will slow your progress and willpower.  I loved going to the gym in the middle of the night since no one else was there most nights, I had my pick of the equipment :)

oh.. thanks.. but im wondering if i jog daily, without any other workouts, would it burn my belly fat within a month? and my upper leg too.
