Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Does this mean vitamins are worthless?

I use very few supplements, and even then they have to be tried and true (no fad supps). One of the supplements I recommend to everyone and take myself is a good multivitamin/mineral. Now there's a new report that says they don't do anything significant. Here's a link to the article:

I don't know about anyone else here, but I FEEL a difference when I have my multi (I take Animal Pak from Universal). After reading this article, I'm not going to stop taking vitamins, but it's interesting information.

I~m taking regular multi-vit, one a day or something like that, and to be honest I don`t feel any different if I don`t take them for a week. I am very suspicious of all supplements.

Never tried Animal Pak so I can`t really tell
Nonetheless, good read.
