Your stomach and get rid of love handles? I have a 35" inch waistline Id like to get it down to about a 32/33 would the 12 week program help me succeed in this or just make my stomach bigger? I am doing cardio on a bike at a fast pace for about 10 minutes on my days im not lifting (wednesday/saturday) Is this enough or do I need to add more?

yes and no. The ab program will tighten and firm up the abs. But if you don't do something with that layer of fat covering them you'll never know it. The ab program will provide the results you're after only when coupled with a sound diet. I would up the cardio to 30 minutes or better yet try HIIT. Search fit buddy for information on that type of cardio.

Adding 10-20 minutes to your cardio routine 2-3 times per week shouldn't affect your gains significantly. (I may be wrong since this is a very touchy subject to some) People trying to add mass get into trouble with cardio when they go overboard (30-60 minutes 5-6 times per week). Nevertheless, I believe that diet, more than cardio, will be what gives you the results that you are looking for.

As far as I know there are 3 types of ab exercises. Those that work the upper abs, sides of the abs (the obliques), and the lower abs. The exercise resource section has several exercises for each area. My personal favorites are the cable crunches, side crunches, and weighted leg lifts. You need to change up your ab routine as you would with any muscle group. As far as the best, I couldn't say. However, the ab program here at ft offers a good variety and works if you get your diet right.

Yeah that one is hard to find. I meant twisting crunches. You know right elbow-left knee. I couldn't remember the name. Sorry
