basically i do cardio for 30 minutes, and i keep my heartrate between 120 to 130 beats per minute. im 14, 138lbs, and 5 feet 5 and a half. after this i then do crunches, i work my upper, lower, and obliques. my questoin is if i do crunches like a few minutes after my really light cardio session will i still gain any muscle for my abs from the crunches.
