I've heard it refered to as "Knipping up." I believe it is a gymnastic move. It's when you are lying on the ground facing the sky and then jump up onto your feet. What does it take to accomplish this, strength, flexibility, other? And what is the proper way to do it? I can't seem to do it, so I figured maybe I wasn't strong enough, but I saw a 12 year old kid that must've weighed 80 pounds do it on the train the other day as part of his break danciong routine, so then I figured that maybe I was wrong.

lot of it is momemtum, of throwing your feet up/outand under you, then using your abbs to right yourself.
*Flexabilty, strong abbs mainly.

So are you supposed to just retract your knees as far as possible into your chest and then just shoot out in order to gain this momentum or should you use your hands too somehow?
