hey i was just wondering do you have to split your workouts into different nights like MONDAY chest bi ceps
WEDNESDAY shoulders back tris FRIDAY legs lats ect ect...or can you make a mix of all of those into one workout and complete that workout 3 times a week. Considering im 15 and am i skinny build so i wont be able to pack on heaps of muscle there fore im not sure if i need any more than a day or 2 to recover.. thanks heaps:big_smile: bye
