Lately almost everytime I stand up from a sitting or low position I get lightheaded and feel like I'm about to faint. I've heard this can be caused from low blood pressure (which I have from working out). Has anyone else experienced this or know if something else may be causing it?

I get that sometimes London. I think it's quite normal, but I might be wrong. Interested to see what the others say.

The conditon you are refering to is called vertigo. It can be triggered from many different things ranging from poor circulation, low blood sugar or a viral infection. Best advice is to see a doctor.

I believe you are right in thinking it is low blood pressure. This happens to me too, especially if I start to get dehydrated. My husband encouraged me to drink more water before my workouts and also during. As long as I do that I don't have much of a problem.

I also get a lot dizziness myself. I stand up and it turns all black for a few seconds. Sometimes i even stumble. One thing is that i drink a lot of water though. (over 12-14 bottles a day) Haven't had pop in like 2 months i think.

I'm guessing it has to do with blood sugar levels too. How bad is it if it's constantly low and what causes it?
