What up dawgs?! Just thought i would share with you all especially those trying to get that 6 pack for summer that I found running to be the best cardio method for losing body fat. In addition to my weightlifting session I don't know if it is just for me and the way my body loses fat, or if it would be across the whole board. I have found in a week i have dropped my body fat by one whole percentage point to 11.0%. I get on the treadmill and do a 5K run. this is better for me anyways than the bike or ecliptical.. anyone else have any comments on running?

I'm not very fond of distance running, but have found a perfect fit in my sprinting program. It's kinda like a modified HITT program, except with more full-speed bursts etc. There's nothing like feeling that wind in your ears and watching everything quickly pass by. Plus after 20 minutes of sprinting, you feel like your lungs are going to explode.

running for 60 min at a weight of 150 you loss 585 caleries running works your cardio and your bodies biggest muscles great job..... ;D

I've found running to be the best cardio workout aswell, but there is a huge difference between running on a treadmill and running outside. If you want a real workout run (jog) for 6 or 7 miles (about 10 kilometers). It should take about an hour or so, but you'll loose fat fast!
