Bulking up Vs. Getting Lean
Bulk vs Lean...
summer is coming along and probably be going to the beach this summer in the states...but I love bulking up....u can eat more, less cardio,...grrr
If i want to cut, i gotta start soon but I don't know what to do....anyways is there a way to add volume while cutting/getting lean?

ummm for the most part no. cutting reduction of calories......bulking extra calories.........you can keep your strength, maybe even get a lil stronger. Thats about it.

cut up........if your lowering your carbs, thats more or less cutting.
Try this.....I did and I liked it, I just couldn't stick with it cause i'm in school as well.
Its called carb cycling
day
1 20
2 20
3 40
4 20
5 20
6 40
7 20
1 20
2 40
etc.
The numbers are your % of carbs( example) Basicly 2 low carb days, followed by one "high" carb day. Muscle glycogen gets low, w/o being too low where you damage muscle.

In two weeks, I am gonna start cutting....
Do HIIT *3, and play sports(basketball, rollerblade at least twice a week)
Diet - I am gonna consume about 2200cal a day
250g of Protein, ~200g of Carbs, 50g of healthy fats.
Training - same as now(45-1hour high intensity weight lifthing)
Supplements - ECA
RIght now I weigh around 193lbs @ 5'8 with approx.13%bf.
How long does it take to lose 1%bf?
