Proper diet and regular exercise are important and beneficial at any age. Be sure not to overtrain and be double certain that you are getting enough to eat. Good luck!

I agree with Anni - I have teenager boys and their friends are always bragging about their workouts, so I had them come down to our workout room and "show" me what they do - it was atrocious! They were doing too much and not enough. I asked what they ate and they said they "don't" for fear of gaining - these boys should be eating double what I eat in calories in day! Check what you need for calorie intake and use the program - pay attention to "how" you work out, too, form is important.

Good luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!

yep. and at your age, testosterone levels are high so it's easier to see gains. just pay attention to correct form. without it, you'll just be messing with yourself. good luck :)

I agree with all of them when I was your age I played 3 sports (football, baseball and hockey) I had a hard tight six pack and I also worked out 3 days a week with weights but I ate right like eating my pasta and stuff. Being young you dont have to worry about your weight if you are active just eat right and train hard and you will be fine. I wish I was 18 again and not 30 where my metabalism is half what it was at that young age...
