difference b/w fat loss weight loss?

I read this somewhere,

"If your just trying to loose weight, then balls to the wall is good, it gets a good sweat and your heart rate stays that little bit higher for longer. For Fat burning, lower your heart rate to say 130-140 and just do that little bit longer on the treadmill "

What's the difference between fat loss and weight loss?

In that context, you'll lose more weight due to losing more water and becoming dehydrated. You'll quickly gain it back, once you rehydrate.

But in general, weight loss and fat loss is slightly different, because muscle weighs more than fat, so as you become more tone and look thinner, you might weight more.
