hey....i was wondering what is the difference when ur doing curls using the E-Z curl bar and the straing bar...
any advantages of using either....

No significant difference I would think. The ez-curl bar might help you w/ your form...I have one but I never use it because it isnt olympic sized and I dont have enough little weights to lift alot.

I like using the olympic lifting bar for bb curls. Lifting the bar alone is like 45 pounds. I find it easier w/ the olympic bar myself. Try and see what one you like better. I never liked the ez curl bar.

For me the EZ-curl bar places a different emphasis on your forearms and hits the biceps at a slightly different angle. I like the EZ bar when doing triceps extensions. I feel like I have a better grip. This is particularly important when doing nosebreakers. I found out why they are called that the hard way!

LOL... good thing you don't breakdance, other wise you might find out (the hard way) why nutcrackers are called such... heh...
