I am signed up for the 8 week mass/strength program and 12 week abs. I was wondering if i could do the workouts on Mon. - Wed. - Fri. istead of Mon. - Thurs. - Sat. for the abs and lifting? It would be more convinient than doing it on saturday since i am usually exremely busy. Will i give my arms enough rest if i lift biceps, back, and shoulders Monday and Chest, triceps, forearms on Wed.?

Hi d_kett,

You can choose any three days that you can or would like to work out.

With me personally, I find that if I work back and biceps say on Mon, lower body on Wed and chest and triceps on Friday, the workouts go a lot smoother. Meaning I can lift more this way.

Basically it is how you feel when you do it the way you mentioned.
