Should you decrease your intake when you are sick and not training. It is just a cold, but in general, if you are not training, should your just reduce amounts and still have 5-6 meals a day??

Don't really feel like eating much anyway, so I guess I should just listen to what my body is telling me? Maybe just eat really lite meals all day instead of the three larger and 2/3 smaller ones?

Don't start to eat less or your body will take longer to recover. I know it can be difficult sometimes to eat when one is sick, but sill try to drink your protein shakes, eat some almonds or nuts, get some nice soups and take your glutamine and vitamine C.

You'll be back on the track fast.

I agree...you have to continue to eat as you would normally. If you can't hold anything down (solid food), stick with chicken soup or similar.
