FT has been beefing up their own nutrition program so that the members won't have to go very far for that. For the most part, it works rather well.
There are several free programs that you can download from the net. Personally, I wouldn't buy the software but instead use the $$ to buy more supplements.
I agree.. nutrition is VERY basic and simple once you undertand how it works. ft has provided your consumption requirements.. then you just need to meet those requirements with the proper foods (which ft has also provided). There are no TRICKS or SECRETS.. just dedication and consistency.
