I am 49 male in my 8th week of the beginner tone and lose weight program. I have changed my diet by eating more protien (150-200g day) this represents about 75% of my total body weight. I am having some trouble eating enough of the good fats....eggs, cheese, peanut butter and protien drinks are my main sources....Salmon at dinner sometimes but probably need more. Any DETAILED suggestions on what to eat for someone who travels a lot are appreciated....The work outs are no problem and fun to boot, but the change of diet is a challenge.
