My mom is over wieght. She wants to lose alot of it, but doesn't like going to the gym. She's lost about 10 pounds from just walking every morning, about 1 mile, for a week. I didn't know if anyone else had maybe a plan that they used or they know of to help her out. Thanks!

Walking is a really great start!

What does your mom eat on a daily basis? usually a few small changes can lead to long-term, healthy weight loss that is maintainable.
