hi there just jionned and need some help
heres how the story gos in short started training at 10 st 10 months later i was 12 and a half st stop trainning for one reason or another now 2 years later and wish to get back in to it problem is im now 14st and a bit of a belly so i ask you nice and intelligent people whats my best step...my goal is to hit 16st in muscle so i think ineed to loose the 2st many thanks....:(:dumbbell:
