Do either one of these products have any negative nutritional value? Diet coke with lime is highly addictive, by the way.

Other than the debate about artificial sweeteners, not really. darker colas have more effect on calcium loss from bones, but if you eat plenty of dairy, supplement calcium and exercise you probably combat that pretty well.
carbonation can cause a little blaot, not too serious.

i find that when i crave sweets a diet soda does the trick.
I like the lime, the lemon and the vanilla!!!!!

I don't think diet soda is good for you. It is hard to give it up. I gave it up for lent. I have read that soda makes you bloaty. I think it is true.. but hard to say.. when I was in my early twenties I never drank soda and had a flat stomach back then.. but I don't know if that was attributed to age. I am really going to try not to drink soda if I can. But I have different reasons cause my Aunt has cancer and so she was a huge Tab and Diet Coke drinker and so sometimes I wonder if that has anything to do with her having cancer today. There have been no studies saying this but it makes me wonder.

I really only drink about 3 or 4 a week. I'm just curious. Thanks for the input.
