Im 20 years old and am looking to tone up my body but not lose muscle or size, I want to tighten up my abs which means lose the fat in my belly and get a nice midsection for the beach... I am going to try to cut out all the crap that eat during the day and only drink water and milk... i am also going to try to eat less carbs.. I take protien powder and creatine twice a day.. I am also going to try to run every morning or every few mornings at about 6 and then work out at 7 at night and always do at least 30 min of some type of cardio work... If anyone can give me any advice that would be great... thanks alot

don't cut carbs....just simple carbs and high G.I carbs....
good carbs are fuel for your whole body and brain so u need carbs....
