Hi, i have a question about my diet.
I am 29y old, 1.64m, and weigh 48kg. Workout 4 times a week, have a split weight training routine. And do 20-30 minutes cardio afterwards. My fat % was 14 two months ago, and my goal is to have a muscular body and low fat. I just dont know if I should be gaining weight or if I should remain where I am. My trainer at the gym said I should eat more, and I am actually eating 1900kcal per day (approx).
I have gained 1 kg per month in the last two months (was 46 before), but I am getting a bit concerned, dont want to get fat. I have gotten stronger though and I progress a little on my weight training every week. But where will this weight gain stop and how much should it go on?
My diet is
breakfast:
130g oatmeal with all bran and raisins/granola
snack:
protein shake
lunch:
100g tuna/salmon, 1 slice of whole grain bread and vegetables, cottage cheese, a small cup of low fat yoghurt
snack:
2 fruits
dinner:
150g meat (lean beef, chicken or similar) vegetables, rice or potato
snack before going to bed (or after training)
protein shake

I also drink a lot of water (3litres per day)

Hope you can help!
:)Thanks,
