Hi I'm not in a gym at the moment, and i was wondering until i join, what exercises i could do on a fixed bench with barbells and a dumbbell to develop my upper pecs. My lower pecs seem to be developing well but i feel my upper pecs are lagging a bit, even though after a killer workout, my upper pecs do ache. What different motions do the lower and upper pecs do and how come they don't evenly develop with normal bench presses?
