I`ve ready that this is a great supplement and soem of you take it.
but about the iron intake, can I have too much of it as I `ve heard it`s dangerous when consuming too much of it.

what`s your take on it,

I don't eat liver myself, but I was always told 2 different things and you can decide for yourself. First, I was told that it does hold good things. I was also told the opposite by a health professional. He said to think of it this way. The liver in an animal is used to filter wastes and junks in the body. So that is what you are eating when you eat the liver. Just info. I don't lean either way.

I don't know a lot about iron overload. But here is a good site with info on it if you would like to read it.

Dessicated liver iron content is not high. You will be fine.
