I've always been pigeon toed but just recently I've been noticing a lot of pain in the back of my heel when playing hockey. With closer at my feet I know it's happening because there is like a second heel coming out of my heels on both feet. It sticks out about an inch from where my feet touch the ground about half an inch from my heel. It feels and appears to be an extra bone. It looks real weird and is getting worse I think. Any thoughts comments on what this is, what caused it, how to fix it?

This could be heel spurs. Have it checked by an orthopedic specialist.

Hmmm, thanks for the reply, but I looked up heal spurs and it seems to be on the bottom of the heal. My problem (of extra bone) is popping out of the back of my heel. So if I'm standing it's coming out from behind me. Maybe this is also considered heal spurs, I don't know. Any other thoughts?
