deep aching pains

Something weird has been happening lately...For the past week or so, i keep randomly getting weird pains in my arms and legs mainly left side. Just this deep aching pain - not a stinging or sore type of pain. it just randomly comes and is there for a few seconds or a minute or so then disappears. And also last night i woke up in the middle of the night with the same pain in my whole right leg - a deep pretty painful pain. i could hardly sleep cuz of it thoguh in the morning it was completely gone. before i went to bad my leg was fine too. i have no idea what this is all about and i havn't done anything out of the ordinary lately which may have caused it. the only different thing i've done is i havnt been exercising much this past week cuz i've been really busy with family stuff. Does anyone have an explansation for these mysterious pains? And do u think I should see a doctor?

I could come up with several guesses but they'd be guesses. Suggest you see a doctor if it's severe pain.
