Diet& Cardio

The Mid section is the hardest and last place to lose fat First thing you should do is check your BMR this is your daily caloric intake, you count your calories for one week if you don't gain or lose weight then that is the number of calories
per day, Take your Body weight multiply it in pounds by 15, this will give you your daily caloric intake now divide that by 5 this gives you your total calories for each meal. You must eat 6 meals a day spreading them out every 2-3 hours then you take your body weight and that is your daily protein in grams so if you weigh 175
then you consume 175 grams of protein a day, divide that by 6 and that will give you the correct amount of protein for each meal, next take your body weight multiply it by .66 this is the amout of water you need to drink, water is the magic diet pill everyone is looking for carbohydrates should be 50% of your daily calories
keep fat to 10-20% of your calories, you must do
30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.

You need to do hanging movements. Toes to the top of the head type. Check out last months Musclur Development. The muscles involved are the Transverse, Trns obliques. and a couple more smaller ones. These actually hold the gut and organs in place. Checkout the mag. The exercises are are extremly difficult for the average person.

there's this really big guy at the gym who once told me that shoulders and abs are 2 of the most hardest body parts to train...you need to attack them from every angle...for abs start leg raises or knee tucks or hanging tucks to work the lower abs area...you'd wana do that first then go for twist crunches to work your obliques and side abs...finally do reg crunches...always remember to train the abs in perfect form don't rush through it...and again keep the god*** fat to the minimum....

have a great time
