I'm training for the past 1 yr but my chest is rather weak compared 2 the rest of my body.It faces a bit downward maybe due 2 accumulation of fat.Can i do decline bench press

YEAH TRY IT.... IT`S GREAT..... I THINK DECLINES MAKE YOUR CHEST TO STICK OUT MORE.....

Use the priority princible for your chest working it before anything else. And if your pecs are looking a lil chubby, do some cardio!

I love them, that lovely rush of blood to your head! They will work the bottom of the chest (lower boob)Also incline presses will help tighten it up. -snow

to build a great chest, you must work from the top down. Incorporate inclined movements in the beginning of your chest routine. If you feel that you have some fat to lose in the lower region of your chest - exercise will not get rid of it.. DIET will.
