Hello all, the decline presses I am not very fond of for some reason. (disklike the most on chest day) I normally do decline, incline, bench press, butterfly, and one other chest machine that is a push down motion for chest in the gym. (sorry don't know the name of the last one) on my chest days. my question is what other activity could I do in place of the Decline Barbell Presses and that would include the dumb-bell press aswell. Or should I just keep my chest day as is. thanks. JOHN
