I seem to be having a problem tracking my food intake in the system because half the stuff I eat isn't even in the system. How do I actually keep track?

Not to take anything away from FT, but I've found fitday.com to be much better (and easier) for tracking daily food intake.

There are a number of books: "The Fat Counter" ect. that break down everything into fat, carbs, protein, but also give you the fibre and sodium counts in everything you could possible want to eat, and some stuff, like MacDonalds that perhaps you shouldn't eat. There is not a food I haven't been able to find. It also breaks down ingredients, like flour ect. so that you can get counts for stuff you cook at home.

A good site to find the caloric count, protein, carb, and fat is http://www.calorieking.com. Even has fast foods....You can have it figure whatever portion size you want too.
