Been a good week so far.  Did a lower body workout yesterday, tried to take it easy...just did Squats didn't go too heavy...sets of 185 and followed that up by machine legpress and calf press and some abs.

Was overall good.  Been about 3 months since I worked out the legs and they are feeling it today!!

Still going - had a great last week as well as a very good yesterday.

Currently hitting the gym M/W/F - and doing cardio on my days off.

Have not touched this in a while, been going well.

Legs/abs Monday,
Chest and Tris on Wednesday - good week.  Finally getting back to where I was over a year ago.
