Well been a while, strained a Hip Flexor weeks ago and it's been rough. I was off last week but have been easing back into lifting 2 weeks prior. I'm still not doing Squats or Deadlifts.....and I'm kinda nervous to start them up anyway. Just been keeping it light and doing more cardio. Hoping in the coming weeks I feel 100% and can start hitting it heavy again.. Time will tell.
