Well, have not had one of these threads started in a good while.

Daily check in!! 

What did you do today, how did you feel about it?  Rest day's are also good.  Let's keep each motivated throughout 2019 and get in the best shape of our lives.

Just got back from the Gym

Leg day!!

Squats, Leg Extension, Machine Squat and calf raises.  Did 10 minutes of cardio at the end.

Good day!!

First leg day in 6 months or so...just got back after a 6 month break.  Tried to take it easy.

Had a great workout today.

Upper body, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bi's and Tris.

Almost too much, trying to take it easy and just do a bit for each muscle, but overall very good.

Had a good leg workout on the 6th, upper body on the 8th, missed yesterday and hoping to get back to legs tomorrow.

Work has been a killer, not getting a chance to hit the gym.  Things should calm down after this week and it will be easier to get back on schedule.

I was able to get out Monday for upper body and Tuesday for legs.  Going to try and get to the gym again today.

Been away for a little bit but been getting in the workouts.

Had a good one Tuesday and Today.

Squats/Flat Bench/Barbell Row/Shoulder Press both days!!

2nd day was rough as only 1 day rest between squats was pushing it but it felt good when I was done!!

Added a little bi's/tri's the 2nd day.

Had an excellent Back/Chest day on Monday followed up by Shoulders and Arms yesterday.  Rest day today and planning on legs tomorow.

Well been a while, strained a Hip Flexor weeks ago and it's been rough.  I was off last week but have been easing back into lifting 2 weeks prior.  I'm still not doing Squats or Deadlifts.....and I'm kinda nervous to start them up anyway.  Just been keeping it light and doing more cardio.  Hoping in the coming weeks I feel 100% and can start hitting it heavy again..  Time will tell.
