I don't feel like e-mailing it to him, but if someone else wants to by all means, here is the answer I gave him two weeks ago:
I bought a Crossbow about 4 months ago and can definitely see the results. I'll tell you what I started out doing. I do 2 days on and 1 day off. My 'day off' I do abs and cardio.
Day 1 - Chest Fly, Chest Press, Standing Reverse Bicep Curl, and Lying Bicep Curl.
Day 2 - Lat Pull-Down, Bent Over Row, Tricep Pushdown, and French Press.
Day 3 - Squat, Standing Leg Curl, Standing Calve Raise, Shoulder Press, Lateral Raise.

Do this for a month and then switch the exercises up. Remember to start easy, go slow, and use proper form!
