I weigh about 185 pounds. I have a pretty good amount of muscle, I can bench more than my body weight. I am now interested in getting stronger but also losing fat. So my muscles show, this is the routine that i have in mind, i would like to know if there is anything wrong with it.
Monday: Bike for 10 minutes doing HIIT
Run a mile doing HIIT
Swim laps Doing HIIT
Tuesday: Run warm up mile
Do heavy work outs
Wednesday: same as monday
Thursday: same as tuesday
but try to do muscle groups
that i missed on tuesday
Friday: Same As Wednesday
Saturday: off
Sunday: Same as Thursday
Drink protein shake directly after working out.
Attempt to eat 185g of protein a day using whey protein shakes. Also I would like to know what i should eat with my shake to slow digestion that would also be diet friendly. I dont have a specific diet, i just try to eat lots of fruits and vegitables and not eat sugar filled crap.

i need more details.
are you getting enough lean meats ? how are you dividing your muscle groups in training ?

Push Presses/Bent Presses
Chin Ups/Pull Ups
Dips
Lunges
Steps Ups
Bench
Good mornings
Snatches
Cleans
Jerks
you get the idea....how heavy are you talking about?

Ok first off, what exactly are lean meats. And usually i just do specific muscle excercises like curling, so i guess i should stop doing that. Oh and what are good mornings?
