Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to maximize muscle growth over the next 4 to 6 weeks. I have recently finished a 12 week bulk(sort of) I went from 165 8% BF to 180 11%BF, I am 5'10. Here's my plan for the next 6 weeks.
Diet
Morning Shake, Scoop of protein mixed with 1% milk Calories 220, Protein 35
Breakfast, Oatmeal calories 450, Protein 12
Snack, granola bar calories 280, Protein 4
Lunch, turkey wrap calories ? Protein ?
Half hour later bowl of soup, Calories 150, Protein 8
Snack apple and protein bar calories 310, Protein 21
After workout drink, usually 1Litre of chocolate milk.
supper, usually speghatti, chicken breast with rice.
bedtime shake scoop of protein mixed with water, Calories 110, Protein 27

As for supplements I am currently taking 5gs of Creatine every morning, and mixing 5gs of Creatine with after workout drink. Also 1000g of Vitamin C per day.

As for my workouts, I am going to do a 4 day split legs & abs, chest & triceps, shoulders & abs, back & biceps. I will do 3-4 exercises for large groups and 2-3 exercies for smaller groups. I will lift pyramid style and try to continually try to break personal bests.

Some questions I have: I am currently doing 20 min of cardio twice a week, and playing racquet sports twice a week(approx 4 hours) Will this cardio hurt my growth? I am also looking for additional supplements(have tried Glutamine in the past) I find trying a new supplement helps to keep me motivated.

Again any feed back is greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance.

cut out the soups and granola bars.....eat more REAL food.

Eggs, turkey sausage in morning.

meat, meat, meat..

that doesn't look like that many calories.

doing cardio makes it more difficult to gain weight....but there's a simple solution: eat more

you probably need some more calories than what you listed...another 500-1000 calories on top...

dont know what you do for lifting...but i wouldnt worry about specific splits....try to hit all the major compound exercises in a week...and you're set...squats, deadlifts, sOHP, BORs, CHins, bench, etc...
