Hey guys, I'm new to posting here but I have been reading the threads for about a year now. I would like some to take a look and critique my current diet. I currently weigh 180 with about 12-14% body fat. Ideally I would like to be about 190 and trimmed down to about 8-10% bf. My diet looks like this:

8:00am
1/2 cup of oatmeal ( splenda added for taste)
6 eggs(2 yolks) cooked in tbps canola oil
1 glass of water

10am
1 protein shake (30grams)
1 low fat bran muffin
i banana

12:00-12:30ish
1 can of tuna
2 cups of lettuce (1tbps of light dressing)
1/2 cup of no fat yogurt

2:30pm
1 protein shake
lots of water

prework out btw 4 and 5:30
1 half cup of oatmeal (tbps jam)

pwo
30 grams of protein
80 grams of dextrose
5 grams of creatine
Multi
Vitamin c and e

I usually take about 40 mins to consume the pwo drink and I take the creatine about 20 mins into the shake.

7:00ish
either chicken or steak bbq
1 cup of veg
1 baked potato

11:00
5 egg whites
1 spoon of natty peanutbutter

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you still losing bodyfat with this plan or have you plateaued?

are you competing, or just leaning up? There is alot of unnecessary junk in your nutrition. I would maybe lose the canola oil and add a few whole eggs...very nutrient dense, and adds good fat...better than the canola oil.

I would also take a look at your bran muffin...are you making these yourself? Eliminate any unnecessary sugars and anything processed...when I get down to the nitty gritty...something as simple as taking out the condiments and sugars will make an ENORMOUS difference...example...rather than using low fat dressing I would go to olive or even better flax seed or hemp oil and maybe a little vinegar (balsamic rocks!)
I'd also go to a yam rather than a straight potato, and maybe go greener with your veggie choices...spinach rather than iceburg or romaine...it's more nutrient dense again...and for veggies go broccoli or asparagus. I'd also look at exchanging the banana for a granny smith or maybe some blueberries...lower glycemic index than the banana and you are still going to get the nutrients your bod needs to grow.
I'd also take out the yogurt...unnecessary sugar, and get rid of the jam.
It sounds bad...but adding in EFA's and taking out the junk really works wonders and you'll feel good too.
