Ok, I have a question. And please no responses telling me to do a search, because I have for about two weeks now. I have started taking Nitro Tech Protein, little pricey but I like it. I want to add creatine as well. Of course all the commercials and the gnc guys tell me to get Cell tech. Very pricey, and I am always bloated after I take it. I also have a creatine monohydrate with 5 grams of creatine per serving, but no sugar. Which is better to take with the nitro tech? Also is there another whey protein that is as good as nitro tech but less pricey?

Cell tech has way too much sugar, and way overpriced.

I would suggest at this point you take CEE, no bloating, no sugars needed, and high quality. Rapidly absorbed.

Creatine Ethyl Ester. More rapidly absorbed creatine that requires no loading phase and has virtually no water weight gain. High quality.
