hi there, i am going to start taking creatine to beef up a little bit before college baseball starts and i was wondering if it is best to take it before or after your workouts. thanks

what's the point then? you can expect better gains from a good lifting and nutritional program....

creatine may or may not give u results(some people dont respond to it)...and any weight gains will be water due to this product...u may gain some strength while using it..
