Creatine Serum?Ripped Fuel?Stunt height?

I'm 16 and I"m 6' 2" 230lbs, and I play football, and of course we lift for football, I was wondering will lifting cause me not to get any taller, because I need all the height I can get. Also, I know Ripped Fuel is supposed to get your ripped, but is it safe for someone my age? I don't want my heart to like explode, should I take it before I lift? Also I bought some Creatine Serum and I was wondering after I was finishing using this bottle and let's say I didn't want to use Creatine anymore, would my muscles shrink beacause of water.

Your height is determined before you are Born (Genetics) if your parents are tall then you should reach the same height or taller

a number of studies have shown that weight training dosen't stamp your growth...but do avoid lifting a lot of weight right over your head or behind your neck just to be in the safe side. Alternatives to regular squats can be leg presses and hack machine squats..alternate them with the squats...or just iliminate the squats for now if you want..I mean for the next year or 2....that's what I did when I started out. Creatine can help u add more mass and recover faster as studies on it has shown, but wether you really need it now or not is something that you'll have to determine for yourself. By the way, creatine serum and the the powder are identical although the ads for the serum indicate otherwise...I got that info from bodybuilding.com.
