Creatine progress: Week 3

I’m continuing to feel and show progress on the Freetrainers program coupled with CellTech Creatine. My biggest improvement this week is in the dumbbell bench press. Since I work out at home, I’m somewhat limited. I have 50# fixed weight DB’s, and I maxed those last week, so I put together 60’s with two adjustable bars, and was able to crank out 12 reps after a good warm-up. That’s about as high as I’m comfortable going for now, since I don’t have a spotter.

One difference I've really noticed is how my clothes fit. My shoulders and chest finally fill out my shirts and jackets, although I have to admit that this is a minor thing compared to the focus this whole program has given me. After a particularly rough week at work, I found my workouts to be a great place to center my attention. My weight has held steady at 182, up almost 20 pounds since I started FT training almost 2 months ago. And yes, i can still wear a pair of 32" jeans.

Also, GNC had a 20% Gold Card discount this week, so I picked up a tub of fruit punch flavored CellTech, and a tub of vanilla flavored NitroTech. The fruit punch flavor is vastly better than the orange, and I highly recommend it.

I printed out next week’s workout, and I see it’s mixed up a little. At last! Variety! I shouldn’t complain, because I really believe the combination of 10 weeks of laying down the basics have really helped me to make the gains I have.

Thanks again.

Correction -- I started FT training 3 months ago, not 2. Sorry for the typo.

That's awesome! Keep up the good work! BTW, Cell-Tech also comes in grape...it tastes better than both the punch and orange.
