Okay First of all I did search for this topic but was unsuccessful. My question is I had some creatine and it was unnefective because i didn't get enough carbs with it and i used it for about 3 weeks. I just ran out today so I bought a differnet brand(phosphagen) which promises better results do to tons of sugar. My question is since the other one was ineffectiv and I only took it for 3 weeks should I load this creatine immediately or what?

Better results due to sugar? That sounds like a transport system. I don't recognize the brand, so forgive me. Please fill out your profile so they can better answer your question. Sorry I only use creatine powder. The transports cost to much for me.

Manzer you are probably an overweight jerk with a 40 inch waist and huge mantitties. I asked a simple question and you get cocky.

Anyone else- It is EAS Phosphagen and I just want to know if I should load again or not since the other didn't work and I took it for a short time.

Kris - It doesn't sound like you broke your cycle. IMO, you shouldn't have to load again. Hopefully Rev8 will jump in here but I've read the label on the EAS product and it looks like they're selling sugar for a pretty good premium.

My posting finger was too quick on that one. What I was getting at is you can get the transport with good ol' gatorade or even plain table sugar and monohydrate creatine for a lot less money.

Ditto to what Miken said about laoding, not necessary. The creatine is in your system.

I have heard good things about your product, specifically that it is a more economical purchase than Cell-Tech.

I agree with Mike. You didn't break your cycle so it shouldn't matter.

According to Universl Matters page 9, creatine loading is not mandatory. Research is suggesting that loading creatine is a waste, and says 3-5 grams of creatine daily should be just fine. Just a little tid bit of info. I would suggest to everyone to go to universalnutrition.com and sign up for a free copy of there MAG...UNIVERSAL MATTERS, it ROCKS!
