Why not go natural? From what I've heard, creatine just adds water to your muscles (correct me if I'm wrong), and when you stop using it, your muscles shrink. I used to be really thin and I started lifting in Sept. and I'm a good size now...

Just so you know veggyboy, adding water to muscles is a GOOD thing. Who wants flat muscles? I sure don't, but everyone is different I suppose. What do you think makes up most of your muscle besides protein? You guessed, good old H2O. And what is unnatural about creatine? I am guessing that you are an unfortunate victim of misinformation. I suggest reading anything you can on creatine.( and no, you don't "shrink" when you take a break from using creatine) Especially since it is a combo of about 2 to 3 different amino acids. Those are pretty natural if you ask me. Fiveseven, worry about eating a healthy, clean diet with a lot of clean calories and then worry about using creatine in a few years down the line. As a 15 years old, you have got everything you need, good luck.
