Yep! Would have to agree with charlie on that one. Search fitbuddy, and you will get more information then you'll ever want.
I can't imagine rectally; you azz would look like the infamous monkey's azz that is in heat.:(

One would mix the creatine with water or grape juice and drink it.
Some go through with a loading phase and others don't. Usual intake is 5grams x2 pre and post workout.

Usually I take 3 to 5 grams pre and post workout. I put the powder on my tongue and chase it with water. During the loading phase about 20 g per day is right. Take it immediatly as it goes bad in a short time when mixed with water. This info should be on the container. There are stickies everywhere on FT with creatine info.

Yes it is on the can but they are just general guidlines. A lot of the time its better to ask the people that use it.
