Hey txcowboy,

How do you *cycle* it?

Where i bought it from the guy suggested to cycle it with a 1\1 ratio, e.g.:4 weeks on\4 weeks off.

And when your on the *no creatine cycle*, do you lose weight or feel weaker when you do your workouts?

Try the effervescent type as it is supposed to help uptake creatine with the added sodium to the cell. I have not had problems gastrically with creatine, but I have only used the effervescent type.

Personaly I havnt seen much of a deffernce between using it or not. Although I have heard thats its great and helps alote, as for myself nothing. However I am thinking of tring a new brand or somthing, any sugestions? And I have seen some of my friends become very dependent on it, have you guys seen that before.

The effects are going to be evident, I thnk in the future if people, like steriods and any other drug start to abuse it. Once you start abusing it, the body won't be able to handle it. That is why so many people say the one to one ratio, because you need time off so the body can "calm" down and produce it ourselves again (we produce it naturally. jut not in big bunches). If we abuse it like anything in this world, side effects are going to happen, for example, your body will get so accustomed to recieving regular doses (that is if you don't take a break) that the liver will stop producing it, which eventually causes damage to the liver. But as long as we are responsible and not take it for granted and treat it seriously (b/c it is a drug almost) everything should be okay...hope that helps!
