I take mine with lemonade mix but then again I am not dieting...if you are trying to lose weight then it's not a good idea...because it's best to take creatine with fast digesting carbs...and fast digesting carbs are more likely to be stored as fat if taken shortly before sleep....so depending on your activity level, goals, etc...it depends....I am fairly active so I don't care...if you're trying to lose weight then u might consider a different time to take your daily creatine...
