Creatine and Protein

I've been working out for at least 2 years now, without missing a whole week. I haven't seen too much gain, so I decided to try something different. I've recently started taking both Protein and Creatine. I haven't noticed much since I just started a week ago, but if anyone has any examples of themselves starting out and what they've achieved taking them, that would be great thanks.

Try taking a week or two off every six months or so. You'll notice that when you come back your stronger and have more drive than what you ever have had in the past. Rember your muscles grow whaen they have time to rest and recover.

I've been working out for about 2 years, since then I was taking some protien and creatine on and off. My first couples of months I did not see much of the difference, but I stick with it and my third month I started see a diference. So is a good idea for you to stick with it for while. What really helps a lot is to eat a lot and if you feel that your gainning fat increase your cardio. Well I hope my experince will be so how helpfull, later.
